TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s. (joint stock company) The firm took over movable and immovable property, the know how , the registered trade mark, the company´s logotype for realization of enterpreneurial planes.
2001-2003
Development, design and deliveries of progressive machining centres with interchangeable heads and their economical variants.
2003
Introduced production of machining centres with movable column on independent bed in various executions.

Deliveries of FUQ series machining centres started, development of FSGQ 80 machine successfully completed.

The Czech-trade company ALTA BRNO a.s. has become a major owner of TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s. Machine tools represent the main commodity of ALTA BRNO a.s.

A new concept of machines – series of FO machines was put on the market.

Manufacture of the portal machining centre of FRP series completed.
