The operators of TOS KURIM-OS, a.s. completed erection and setting up of two technological complex units FUQ 150-VR/8 DUO at the customer BELAZ, Zhodino, Belarus in February 2010. The machinery handing over included also a training of the local operators.
Two technological complex units that consist in total of 4 machines FUQ 150-VR/8 will be used by the customer for machining large components for the BELAZ-7560 trucks with the loading capacity of 320 tons.

On March 4, 2011, signing the final documents completed the acquisition of Alta company concerning the purchase of Škoda Machine Tool (hereinafter referred to as ŠMT), which was owned from 2005 by the Russian company StankoImpex Group. Prior approval was obtained from the Office for the Protection of Competition.
