PERIODICITY:

This program is representing a machine preventive service care. Machine inspection as recommended 1 time per year. The first service execution is recommended 18 months after the machine installation into run. The exact service performance is solved terminally in accordance with agreement based on negotiation with customer.

SCOPE:

General control and individual machine function setting /lubrication, cooling, balancing etc./.
Basic control and machine geometrical setting
Appreciation of weared and consuming parts of rapid abrasion. Machine technical fillings overall control.
Operators additional training.

PERIODICITY:

This program is representing a machine preventive service care. Machine inspection is recommended 1 time per year. The first service execution is recommended at the latest 24 months after the machine installation into run. The exact service performance is solved terminally in accordance with agreement based on negotiation with customer.

General control and individual machine function setting /lubrication, cooling, balancing/. General control and tools exchange setting Basic control and machine geometrical setting Appreciation of weared as well consuming parts of rapid abrasion. Machine technical fillings overall control. PERIODICITY:

This program is representing a machine profound inspection. Such inspection is recommended for machine in operation for more than 3 years. This inspection can be recommended in case the machine end-user will doubt about the product quality. The first service execution is recommended 3 years after the machine installation into run. The exact service performance is solved terminally in accordance with agreement based on negotiation with customer.

General control and tools exchange setting
General control and machine geometrical setting
