DOUBLE COLUMN MACHINING CENTRE FFDQ
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Basic feature of the Machining Centre with two moving columns FFDQ is its build-up configuration, that enables to use according to the customer´s requirements different types of table lengths and spindle heads. This machine is designed for chip-machining of materials with a wide range of technological use in operations such as milling, drilling, roughing out, reaming, and threading including thread cutting by chaser.
The machine consists of a fixed table on it's sides travel columns I and II in longitudinal direction with vertical adjusting knee and cross shift out spindle headstock. The spindle headstock can be eather with a spindle head firmly build in its front face or with a shift out quill with a horizontal spindle.
The machine can be delivered with a table in execution with in-built rotary table.
In the basic execution this machine is delivered with two control systems SIEMENS SINUMERIK S 840 D, measuring HEIDENHAIN and digital drives SIEMENS S 611 D. The machine FFDQ is equipped with a chain-type tool magazine with code position. Looking for and moving the tool into holding position is executed during working operation of the machine. Manual operation of the magazine is placed on its side.
